1. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on e-commerce website using the following modes of payment:
(i) Cash on delivery
(ii) Credit and debit cards
(iii) Net Banking
(iv) UPI/Third Party Wallet
2. Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is GST added to the invoice?
The GST is included in the MRP of the products or Offer Price. Your Invoice will show the GST charged on basic price to match the offered Price of Product you intend to buy.
3. Will there be a delivery charge for my orders?
We do not charge a shipping fee on orders above INR 399. If our order value is below INR 399, then you will have to pay delivery charges & same will be displayed in your cart at the time of checkout.
4.Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on SUVED site?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your credit/debit card ecommerce website. All information that is collected at the time of payment, like card details, names, passwords etc. are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
5.What is the meaning of cash on delivery (COD)?
Cash on delivery (COD) means that you can pay for your order in cash at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.
6. If I opt for cash on delivery as a mode of payment, will I be charged additionally?
There is no a extra charges for ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders.
7. If I pay by credit/debit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the entire order will stand revoked and the amount of the products not delivered will be refunded back to you in the form of store credit within in 15 days to your account if you are an account holder or by coupon code in the track order if you are a guest.
8.Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done adding products to the cart you go to the “Shopping Cart” page. On the “Shopping Cart” page there is a box where you can enter coupon code. Enter the coupon code in the box then click the button “Apply” which is next to the box. Message will be displayed showing you whether the coupon code was applied or not. If the coupon code is applied it will also deduct the amount from the invoice value. After applying the coupon code you can click the button “Proceed to checkout”.

Payment Services
All payments in respect of the Products shall be made to Revaa Lifecare (Suved Smart food is a food division of RLC) through the Platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to RLC Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that RLC may use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.
In order to make payments online, You undertake to use a valid payment card or bank details or third party wallets or details required for any other mode of payment (“Payment Details”) with the authority to use the same, to have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the payment on the Platform in good standing. By providing the Payment Details, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: (a) You are legally authorized to provide such Payment Details; (b) You are legally authorized to perform payments using such Payment Details; and (c) such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to Your use of such Payment Details or applicable law. You agree that You are responsible for any fees charged by Your mobile carrier in connection with Your use of the payment services through Your mobile. RLC shall use the Payment Details as described in RLC’s Privacy Policy. You may add, delete, and edit the Payment Details You have provided from time to time through the Platform.
The payment receipt for completion of a transaction shall be made available on the Platform and also sent to your email address.
Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, RLC is not liable for any payments authorized through the Platform using Your Payment Details. Particularly, RLC is not liable for any payments that do not complete because: (a) Your payment card or bank account or third party wallet does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or the transaction exceeds the credit limit in respect of the Payment Details provided; (b) You have not provided RLC with correct Payment Details; (c) Your payment card has expired; or (d) circumstances beyond RLC’s control (such as, but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or any other interferences from an outside force) prevent the execution of the transaction.
The Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our Platform using Your payment card or internet banking. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to You in such instances.
